Practice Philosophy:
When it comes to health and wellness, I believe....
- in treating the body as a whole and not in separate parts.
- in a more holistic approach to taking care of the body with more natural foods and medicine.
- that problems and symptoms that present it self outside the body are signs of a greater issue happening inside the body.
- in incorporating a proactive, rather than, a reactive lifestyle.
- that how a person lives his/her life has a greater impact on their health than genetics alone.
I believe in integrating and offering various modalities of care and treatment to clients that go beyond just a basic Swedish Relaxation massage. I am continuously taking seminars and workshops to advance my knowledge of many areas of health and wellness, so that I can offer the most effective treatment to my clients and their needs.
"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live"
