At this time, scheduling is through appointment only. You can request appointments by calling, texting, emailing or Facebook. Typical hours are roughly from 9am-6pm. However, those that need appointments beyond 6pm are generally honored Monday-Friday. Saturday appointments are typically from 9am-4pm. Wednesday and Sunday the office is closed, but exceptions can be made if absolutely necessary.

Cancellation Policy for Nutrition
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
**If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. You'll receive a text message two days prior to your schedule appointment as a reminder. Failure to cancel appropriately, i.e. no call, no show, can result in a charged fee of $65 for the missed nutrition appt. Your credit card on file will be charged.
**This program is designed for seven sessions for maximun results. Agreeing to work with me and signing this contract means you agree to the completion of the seven sessions. Cancelling the program before the completion of the seven sessions, will result in a charge of the reminaing balance of sessions. For example, if you completed appointments 1-4, but want to cancel appointments 5-7, your credit card on file will be charged $65 for each of the reamining sessions being cancelled.
**If after your first nutrition appointment (but before the start of your second appointment), you feel this program isn't right for you, then you may cancel the nutrition program with no penalty/cancellation fee mentioned in the above paragraph.
Cancellation Policy for Massages
**If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 12-24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. You'll receive a text message two days prior to your schedule appointment as a reminder. Failure to cancel appropriately, i.e. no call, no show, can result in a charged fee of $35 for the missed massage appointment. Your credit card on file will be charged.
**Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.**If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
